Would anyone know the name of the person that used to be a tour guide for Rick Steves and now has his own touring business. (His touring business is in no direct competition with Rick Steves as this person offer tours outside of Europe.)

Colin Mairs does tours in New Zealand thru his company ExcursionNewZealand .
I follow and really enjoy Jorge Ramon. He does tours on his own and still works with RS. He covers Spain.
Trish Feaster used to work with RS (actually dated him, too). She does her own tours (Travelphilo) and also with Adventures with Sarah and Imprint.
