Experience with "Go Ahead Tours"?

I'm considering a spring trip to Cuba with an outfit recommended by a friend called Go Ahead Tours. I've looked at their website and most of their Europe tours seem to be like "London/Paris/Rome in 10 Days," i.e. pretty superficial. But their Cuba tours seem much more in-depth and, of course, have to meet the current "people-to-people" requirements.

I hadn't heard of this company before today. Does anyone have any experience with them, anywhere in the world, that might help me decide whether to go with them? Reliability? Pace? Knowledgeable guides? Value for the price?

We went on a trip to Cuba with them through a unversity sponsored trip. Excellent itinerary, good meals and hotels. We saw a lot. This was almost three years ago. Our local guide was excellent but didn't think the additional Go Ahead staff member added much at all. I wouldn't hesitate to book a trip to Cuba with them.

Friends went on another university sponsored trip to Cuba with Go Ahead and they recommended this company to us.
