For anyone who will be in town next Saturday, 5/14, the embassies of the EU are opening their doors for the annual open house. The pandemic had cancelled the event since 2020, so I'm not sure the changes that will occur. But it has been a chance to tour the embassies, see traditional dance and music from the countries and of course, nosh on some food. Germany/France used to give away the best swag(bags, prizes, etc) but other embassies have had tours of the ambassadors residents.
Sadly, the UK embassy which was one of the most popular embassies is no longer participating due to the whole Brexit/leaving EU omni-shambles. Still can't believe the British public was so dumb.
