I'm looking for a tour company that provides a Rick Steves kind of travel experience in Egypt, Jordan and perhaps Israel. I'm looking for an emphasis on ancient sites and culture.

We used Egypt and Beyond Travel for our trip to Egypt. They do all three countries. Their prices are for privately guided tours. They were absolutely awesome for Egypt. For our privately guided tour, we paid less than you see the advertised prices for from Overseas Adventure Travel, Smartours, Odysseys Unlimited etc. http://www.egyptandbeyondtravel.com

Take a look at this one. There aren't very many that cover all three countries except those focused on Christianity.

Heather, you might take a look at Meet the Middle East. They have a trip coming up in November that covers Israel, Palestine, Jordan and Egypt. Rick mentioned MTME in a blog after he filmed his Holy Land special. MeetTheMiddleEast.org. We went to their free info meeting last night and it sounds excellent in every way.
