Has anyone used a company for airport transfers in Cairo that they can recommend?

Loved them. Loved Nellie, their meet and greet person. She was waiting INSIDE security for us, somehow. With a flower for me, gum for both of us and a genuine smile. She walked us to a quiet area, took our passports, came back with visas and we walked out of the airport to a waiting car. Awesome.
It was $50 a person, and included the $25 cost of the visa itself. It was a tremendous value and a really fine way to arrive in Egypt. We actually used the company for our entire trip - and it was one of the best trips we have even taken.
