EBC Trek In Nepal

Hey guys, I am a huge admirer of mountains. One of my friends went to Nepal for the Everest Base Camp Trek in 2020. I was thrilled and excited to hear his experience. Since then I have dreamt of going for the Trek. I will be 40 this year. It has already been 4 years and I think I have enough financial resources to go for the trek now. Now I just need to know, How to plan for the Trek. Please mention some travel agency in Nepal that specializes in the EBC Trek. I want to know what are my route options for the Trek. I hope to know the cost estimation for the Trek so that I can prepare myself more.
Please help me out, guys.

Hi erza.
I did an EBC trek in March 2017 with 11 of my friends.
We used the services of local company Imperial Nepal Treks run by a gentleman called Paras Khanal.
At that time the trek cost us $USD1100. I note currently they have a discounted offer at $USD1300 (I think normally about 2000) for the same 15 day tour that we did. They looked after us above and beyond.
The trek itinerary has to be a bit flexible as weather can impact, flight delays between Kathmandu to Lukla are very common.

The planned itinerary.
Day 1. Kathmandu.
Day 2. Kathmandu sightseeing tour.
Day 3. Fly to Lukla then trek to Phakding.
Day 4 Trek to Namche Bazaar.
Day 5. Trekking above Namche Bazaar for acclimatisation return to Namche.
Day 6 Trek to Tengboche (visit monastery).
Day 7 Trek to Dingboche.
Day 8 Trekking above Dingboche for acclimatisation return to Dingboche.
Day 9 Trek to Lobuche
Day 10 Trek to Gorak Shep then onto Base Camp return to Gorak Shep
Day 11 Optional Kala Pathar trek in am. Trek to Pheriche.
Day 12 Trek to Namche Bazaar.
Day 13 Trek to Lukla.
Day 14 Fly Lukla to Kathmandu.
Day 15 Kathmandu.

In our case we had to wait until Day 4 to Fly to Lukla due to weather. The return flight was also delayed a day by weather. Make sure you allow some extra time in Nepal for this reason.
Our accommodation was in hotels in Kathmandu and "tea houses" when Trekking, basic but did the job just fine. During the trek 3 meals with a hot drink were supplied each day.
Meals were large and satisfying, again nothing fancy but did the job.
Temps were as low as minus 25 celsius. The company provided us with a suitable sleeping bag.
A trip of a lifetime.
Happy to answer any further questions.
