I remember watching Rick on TV when I was a teenager! I clicked a link on your website but it now says "page not found" about Thailand and the new system. My airline send me an email that I must apply before boarding the flight this weekend, and every thing on Facebook says a different opinion saying it's hogwash or the opposite.... help!! Thanks Rick!
The U.S. State Dept says that pre-arrival registration is required. There is a link to the registration site on their page here:

p.s. There is also a message on the State Dept website that indicates this went into effect on May 1 and you need to register 3 days before arrival.
