I just came across the following article about Delta and El Al forming a partnership making it easier for Americans to get to and from Israel.

We booked a Gate 1 Tour of Israel and Jordan for next Feb/March and Delta didn't have flights flying in to Tel Aviv and flying out of Amman, so we had to book United. I wonder if that has changed?
The article does not say when the change will take place. Or what changes will be happening. Perhaps you can go to Delta or El Al to find out that information.
I have an American Express card that is partnered with Delta so I hope to be able to earn rewards and maybe eventually use them.
I hope that it will make it easier for me to get to and from Tel Aviv.
