Several tour companies off a day tour of Bethlehem and Jericho out of Tel Aviv. Does anyone have a recommendation?

When my friends and I went to Tel Aviv two years ago, we used "Bein Harim" for three different day tours. We paid a slight surcharge to take the smaller group tours, which we felt was well worth the expense. They seemed to be competent and we really didn't have any major complaints.

If you are going to be in Jerusalem, it's better to take a tour from there - less bus time.
