Going on 1/15. Money has been a topic for me. No CC or ATM use on the island. I think I’ll just go with USD and pay the 10% fee + 3% exchange. By the time I change USD to EUR or CAD I’ll. end up in about the same place with buying and exchange fees. Any tips for my trip?

In Havana area, visit Fusterlsndia, home of artist Fuster. Incredible mosaic art. iMake sure you visit the beautiful cities of Trinidad and Cienfuegos on the south shore. In Santa Clara the museum at the Ché Guevara mausoleum is very interesting. Eat at paladars, privately owned "home" restaurants. Enjoy Cuba!
