Cuba

My family and I have had two fascinating visits to Cuba; Santiago this July and Havana last year. Our tour guide for both was Cuban, Irma Gonzalez, ([email protected]). Americans may visit Cuba to "support the Cuban people" by staying at neighborhood bed and breakfasts, eating at locals' small restaurants, attending arts programs, and meeting local residents. The food is delicious, the Cubans are friendly and very interesting to speak with, the scenery is lovely, and the experience unforgettable. I heartily recommend Irma Gonzalez for your Cuban visit.
