Does anyone have new updated news on travel to Cuba as of October 2021, I have heard the country will officially re-open on November 15th, 2021.

Suggest you go to the Cuba forum on TripAdvisor. They are quite active, with several local experts posting.

I heard the same thing. Whether you can easily go there depends on where you live. If you’re from the U.S. there are restrictions and your travel will need to fall into an approved category. You also can’t spend U.S. dollars or use U.S. bank credit cards there. I’d love to get there some day, other than to the naval base at Guantanamo, that is.
