Colón Panama

We will be on a cruise ship in November 2016 which will port in Colón. Is there public access to (tour of) the Gatun Locks? Yes, the ship will be going through the locks, but I'd like to see the locks from the landside.

Can't say for sure, but if the ship actually docks in Colon there will probably be a cruise line tour out to them. We've taken it and they are impressive.
