Planning a trip to Spain and Morocco in October 2015. What are the airline carriers that fly cheap to Morocco from Spain. Planning on going to Fes. In case it matters we are hoping to do 3-4 days in Spain and 3-4 days in Morocco. Thanks!

A trick I learned on this Forum is to look at the Wikipedia entry for the airport in question. Here's the one for Fez; it looks like you have to connect to get to Spanish cities other than Barcelona: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fes%E2%80%93Sa%C3%AFss_Airport.
Remember that some flights are seasonal, and not all routes have daily service. And don't assume that the designated "budget carriers" like Ryanair are always cheaper; you have to check on the particular route that interests you, and to add all the fees (the "legacy carriers" like Royal Air Maroc often include things, like one checked bag, that the budget carriers charge for).

This is one of those trips that might benefit from using a travel agent. A good one can put together a multi-destination ticket using different carriers. It may be hard on one's own to find an open-jaw into Spain and out of Morocco.

You don't have a big selection of direct flights, but the service from Barcelona to Fes didn't exist a dozen years ago, so that's an improvement. Casablanca will likely offer more flight selection, and then you would take a 5-hour train to Fes. When searching at www.skyscanner.com, you can also try a broader search, such as from Spain to Morocco, instead of specifying cities. 3-4 days per country is not much; you'll probably only focus on one city in each country, and maybe Barcelona is that city, if you have not been before.
