Casablanca airport to Rabat

Arriving in Casablanca, need taxi service to Rabat hotel for 3 people. Is the airport taxi service reliable? Do they give you a quote? What is suggested tip? Do they accept credit cards? Should we reserve in advance? Thanks

I'd feel inclined to use Welcome Pickups or similar for a 80-100km journey.
If you just want to use a normal airport taxi, agree the price in advance and get some cash (MAD) from an ATM inside the airport - many drivers will only accept cash.
