Cancun (or nearby) Mexico Family Friendly All Inclusive

Hello,
I am trying to find an all inclusive resort near Cancun to take my 6 year old. The reason I am targeting Cancun or nearby is because we have direct flights from Minneapolis. Other potential options would be near San Juan, PR but I understand there are not a lot of true all inclusive OR Punta Cana, DR. I am just beginning the research but a little overwhelmed with the options. I’ll be traveling in March and have this criteria:
- < 30 mins from airport
- Daily activity programming outside of the kids club so some scheduled things we can do together
- Nightly activities that both adults and kids would like
- Nice beach
- Balance between an adult and kid place. Not so far on either end, like Nickelodeon on the kids end or some place that just tolerates kids on the adult end (if that makes sense)
- Somewhat upscale
- The best hotel we can get for approx $600/night or less. Willing to splurge this vacation to feel a little pampered. We just need one room.

Any tips on a place to avoid or one to narrow in on and why would be super helpful. I have a list but no way to narrow at this point. Super thanks in advance. We haven’t had any family trips to date so trying to make this memorable.

There are several companies you can look up for all inclusive including airfare. I don’t know what your $600 means. Is that for a total of a certain number of people?
As for children unless it says adults only most will have child activities and play areas.
In descriptions you will find distance from the airport.
Night activities which are staged shows are suitable for children.
I have used Cheap Caribbean several times and all the info you need will be there. There are other such companies also.

Thanks treemoss2. I of course have looked around and a bunch of places meet my criteria so I am asking to see if someone has a recommendation or place that sets itself apart for some reason or another.

We have stayed at the Royal Solaris many times. They do have a children's park and many things to do as a family. Go to Booking.com. I typed in Dec 10 thru 17 and the cost is slight over 1900 for the family in a deluxe room. That is all inclusive for everyone. If you go to Booking, they have a bunch of pictures of the property. It's not in the city it is on the Island.

Cozumel is just a short hop across the water from Cancun. It seems more adult (fewer drunken teens) and since its an island, a lot less overdeveloped.
