We were in Egypt decades ago, so I can't give you one that I personally used.

Suggest doing your research on the internet using TripAdvisor and consider Viator.com
Viator has never let me down on tours. I usually try to book directly with the tour company that provides the tour, but sometimes I use Viator if I can't find a good firm or have concerns about what I find.

We had the concierge at the hotel arrange our tour from Cairo to Luxor to Aswan to Abu Simbel and back. It is cheaper to arrange it locally when you get to Egypt.

I used Rasha El Ashmawy in May 2011. She still guides and is still getting great reviews. I did an Alexandria daytrip with her and hired her driver the next day for the Pyramids.
