I am thinking of flying a business class flight to Asia. The ticket class is "Business Flex" instead of the more costly "Business Standard." A search on their website for "Business Flex" didn't really reveal anything about the service difference between Flex and Standard. Although most reviews I have read for the seats on Air China were positive, a number were not. So: 1) does anyone know the difference between Business Flex and Business Standard? 2) Any opinions from people who have used Air China?

I'd suggest checking on flyertalk to be sure, but it looks like the main difference is the cancellation fee.
