I'm going to Tel Aviv soon, and I'm a huge foodie! Looking to try the best foods in Tel Aviv. However, I heard that food in Tel Aviv is expensive. Any suggestions on your personal favourite restaurants that are good and affordable?
I personally love Old man and the Sea, its a seafood restaurant by Jaffa with awesome seafood and free flow salad and side dishes for 50 shekels. You can also check out Rothschild blvd, they have many great restaurants there!
The Giraffe Noodle Bar has great Asian food, and is pretty reasonably priced. They have the most variety of Asian food in any other Asian Restaurant in Tel Aviv, and try their Portobello Mushroom starter – it is amazing!
If you want to check out the places where the locals dine, you may be interested in a foodie tour by Mekomy - an online marketplace for local guides. I went on a food trail through the Carmel market and to other amazing and value for money restaurants! You should definitely check it out!
