Anyone aware of discounted flights in/out of Barbados?

All you can do is check the flights available to your destination, which are more limited from Barbados than from busier airports.

Here is the list of all airlines and destinations with nonstop service from Barbados: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grantley_Adams_International_Airport#Passenger

Looking quickly at that list, Air Canada Rouge, Condor, Jet Blue TUI Fly, and Thomas Cook may have lower prices than "legacy" carriers like American or British Air. But, the rule for airfares these days is, there are no rules. And a bargain is only a bargain if it goes near where you want to be. For instance, a cheap flight to Manchester is great for seeing the UK, but not for seeing Hungary or Croatia. Always consider the time, money, and hassle it will take to get from a "cheap" flight to your actual desired destination.

If you're thinking of cobbling together two separate flights on separate tickets to save money (for instance, Jet Blue from Barbados to JFK, then Norwegian from JFK to Stockholm), be aware of all the risks first. Here's a good discussion: https://www.tripadvisor.com/Travel-g41707-c207311/Newton:Massachusetts:Connecting.On.Separate.Tickets.html

So, look at Kayak or Google Flights or Skyscanner, and also look at websites of the individual airlines, for your desired dates and destinations.
