Balkans Advice Clothing and Weather

We are in the Balkans Dubrovnik to Athens (including Sarajevo and Albania) August. I have looked up the maximum and minimum temperatures.
Are we going to hit any cold weather especially in Sarajevo and mountainous parts of Albania?
How much rain?
Do we need a raincoat?

I am bringing two light fabric pants, 22 inch long shorts (above the knee), 17-18 inch skorts are these appropriate clothing for Balkan countries (modest)?

Obviously appropriate clothing for mosques and churches.

Sarajevo - warm during the day - cool at night. https://www.accuweather.com/en/ba/sarajevo/33028/august-weather/33028?year=2022

We're travelling in a similar region in Sept/Oct - I'm bringing one merino singlet and a down vest which folds down to nothing. I always have a light wind/waterproof shell jacket. I don't really expect cold weather but those 2 items should be enough I think.

I haven't been yet - but generally my rule is knee length shorts/skirts or longer should be fine - protects you from the sun too.

Do not forget head covering such as a scarf.
