Our cruise ship is stopping for a day at Bali. Can anyone recommend a good reasonably priced spa in Bali for a massage? Preferably in the Seminyak area Would be interested in any other suggestions for worthwhile sites/activities in Bali for the day

The spas in Bali are amazing.
Are you looking for a full on Spa experience, or just a general massage.
If you have a short time in Bali I suggest you pre-book your spa treatment, they are often fully booked. The treatments can range from an hour to half a day.
Ive been to many spas, but mostly located in the Sanur area and attached the the hotels Ive stayed in. I'm not familiar with spas in the Seminyak area.
Theres a vast price range. I would expect to pay about NZD100.00 plus for a good quality spa experince.
