Azerbaijan Advice, recommendations and suggestions

Hi,

I am planning to visit Baku, Sheki and Gobustan in Azerbaijan some time sometime before the end of this year but have not finalised yet exactly when I will go.

I wanted to ask if anyone has any advice, recommendations or suggestions about places that I must visit and must not miss and anywhere to eat at or just any general recommendations and suggestions?

I have no recommendations as I haven't been, but the Wanderlush Blog covers Azerbaijan quite extensively. We used her blog for a recent trip to Georgia and found it to be extremely useful.

I actually did use the Wanderlush Blog as I found it when I was researching Azerbaijan and I found it quite extensive.
