Hi - I know the airport has (overpriced?) physical sim cards and so do some kiosks near the resort areas. We'll be taking a shared transport from the airport and will stop at our apartment right across the street from Super Food near Eagle Beach. I can't tell from their site if they have a kiosk/desk manned by a real person to help us with getting the sim. Anyone have info on this? Thanks so much!

OK - right before I started this post I had used Super Foods "contact us" link and they got back to me by the time I finished! They confirmed that a real person is at customer service to handle this. But still, does anyone have experience with this?

When you enter the front door, veer right and the manned service desk is straight ahead, across from the coffee counter. If I recall the desk is open 8a-5p. They'll just sell you a card, no support. Frankly, if your phone is capable just get a Airalo esim before you go.
