I came across this company that does customized tours. We are interested in a tour to Thailand and Vietnam next year. They get an A+ with the BBB, but have no reviews, 2 previous settled complaints. Would appreciate any feedback.

Someone once recommended them to me so I did a little bit of trip planning with them. In the end, I did not book with them because I found them to be so expensive. I'm assuming you're booking a private tour if you're looking at Audley. I can recommend a similar company - Adventure Life out of Montana. I used them for my first trip to Costa Rica. They are also more expensive than doing it on your own but I liked the tour they worked out for our group.
I'm pricing Asia trips right now and got a bid from aandftour.com. I have not booked anything with them. I'm still trying to pick a location for our travels.

Audley Travel are an upmarket company with an excellent reputation, albeit they aren’t cheap. I know somebody that has used them several times and they have recommended them.

Audley Travel is a reputable travel agency in the UK catering to the high end market with an emphasis on client service. Given their client profile, tours booked through them are generally more expensive than average. They employ country-specific specialists who visit their target countries frequently to remain abreast of the market. They hone their suggested itineraries to the traveler's preferences and interests, rather than selling typical package holidays.
