Brooks Ghost 14 are great for women with narrow feet. Brooks has others in narrow you can also try.

I have a pair of these but I have a wide foot, and they feel very comfy on me (although they are not my favorite shoe). I know that the Ghost 14 comes in a narrow width - is that the one you're referring to?
