Have you tried Vionic? I don't have this style, but I do have 2 or 3 other Vionic shoes that I like. I tried this one one, and it was super comfy, but they only had my size in a caramel color that I didn't care for.

I have a pair of Clark's Calla loafers that are about 4 years old now and still going strong, although the tread is getting a bit worn. I pack them for any trip where I'll be spending any time in an urban setting. I can wear them for all day outings even without an orthotic- their arch support is just right for my foot.
ETA it just occurred to me that OP didn't mention whether they were looking for Men's or Women's loafers
