Hi all..have purchased Viking brand walking shoes with the Boa system while in the Netherlands.. looking diligently but cannot find a store that ships to U S. I'm sure I am overlooking something..thought I'd see what the RS walking experts might know. Thx!

I'm no expert, but I went to the German Amazon site, amazon dot de, and searched for Viking schuhe. Found pink or black walking shoe (had to scroll way down past all the snow boots) and I think it says can ship to the US.

This one ships to the US. I ran through a pretend order and a FedEx shipment to my address (using Seattle) was 7,90€.

Lots of terrific walking and leisure shoes available in the USA with boa closures. Weird that this product has taken so long to dribble down to casual shoes from the bicycle and ski racing industries . FYU: Boa is a single, thin, very strong plastic lace that cinches up with a ratcheting knob. Fabulous tech. Here you will find links to dozens of shoe companies now using boa:

Thank you Bogiesan..excellent referral..and yes..we have loved the boa system..the viking low profile shoe in the past for both men and women has worked well..but it appears there is now lots of expansion..thank you all!
