Keen Women's 'Rose' Sandal Sale

For all the Keen 'Rose' Sandal fans, NORDSTROM has marked down several colors 10% to 33% off. Regular price $89.95. Choice of 4 colors. And no, I do not work for Nordstrom.

Amazon has some reductions as well.

Thanks, Janis! Those are my favorite travel shoe - the only one I’ve taken for several trips because they are so comfortable, no need to pack & wash socks, and the toe protector has saved me from a couple of broken toes.

I just throw in a pair of black ballet flats for nice events.

Do these work for wide feet? I see all the fans but my right foot measures a wide and so I have been reluctant to try.

Hi Beth,
I ended up finding a better price on Amazon last month. I paid $55 for a pair of black Keen Rose sandals. I wear a medium width and go up a half size in this brand. If you're not in a hurry you could order a pair or better yet try them on at a store in your area? Nordstrom, REI? Perhaps Jean or Priscilla, et al will chime in on fit.

Hi Beth & Janis, I wear an 8.5 Medium, and the Keen Rose sandal in that size is perfect. If you have a wider foot, Beth, you might want to try the Keen styles that have more flexibility in the width, such as the Venice style. Those are made with materials and lacing design which have more room across the foot width.

I don’t know if the Keen brand Rose sandal also offers different widths.

Janis and Jean,

No, the Keen Women's Rose sandal doesn't come in different widths. I probably ought to pass. I wear shoes that are not wide at home but the truth is when I walk really long distances the toes on my one wide foot seem to rub together.

Sometimes we just don't like the truth!

Beth, the design has a nice toe box, so it doesn’t pinch the toes, but yes, definitely get something that is 100% comfortable for you!

Beth,
Hope you find something comfortable!

I have found that a couple Keen styles fit me differently. My original style (Newport’s) that I bought in 2006 for Italy were the most comfortable. Most of our tour group had them. The caveat was they were heavy. Then a friend recommended the “Whisper.” I bought them for another trip. They were lighter but they were uncomfortable and I got blisters. I am hoping the Keen Rose will be my “Goldilocks.”
I plan to give them a try in Hawaii next month.

Jella,

Looking at the Nordstrom website this morning I don't see any markdowns. Amazon has some colors marked down. Hope this helps.

I wear a wide and the Keen Rose fit me fine. The only reason I didn’t keep was my big toe nail kept rubbing the top, but that’s just my foot. It’s definitely worth trying if you are a wide width, nice size toe box.
