I love my Chelsea style low boots but current pair will not make it back to London. Any recommendations for about a half day of walking every day ? I will be alternating with my Easy Spirit or Rykas and these will be my travel day shoes. I would go wide to accommodate insoles if that matter. Thanks ! {I'm not expecting to do thousand upon thousands of steps daily in there for two weeks but prefer the boot over a walking shoe at times, purely aesthetic reasons)

I have a pair of Sketchers arch fit chelsea style boots that are water resistant and have worked well for city walking. They have better support than most Sketchers sneakers. I think they are pretty decentt looking but might not be as stylish as what you want.

How about Spenco? Their shoes have built in orthotics. Very comfortable for those who need arch support.

I LOVE my Vessi chelsea boots. Fabric upper, cushy, waterproof, easy to pull on - and they look cool too.
