What website can we purchase train tickets for a family of four to Bruges from Brussels? We would also like to visit Antwerp or Ghent as daytrips from Brussels during June.

These are mostly IC trains that do not need to be purchased in advance, as there are no seat reservations and the prices are always the same. Think commuter trains.
I posted on your other thread but my answer has disappeared... you might also download the SNCB app:

Then you can even buy your tickets at the last minute without worry.

Trains in Belgium are very easy to use. As others have stated, you do not need to buy tickets in advance. Show up at the station, tell the folks at the ticket booth you want tickets “naar (city) heen en terug” (there and back), and they will give you round trip tickets, then go to the platform and board the train. The trains are commuter, so no seats are reserved.
