Also, I am a vegetarian but my family is not. Where do you recommend eating in Bruges and Brussels?

There are plenty of places to eat in Bruges, especially in the Korenmarkt.
Panier d'Or offers a good selection.
You should be able to find food to everyone's liking.

I went to a place called Knees to Chin last summer in Brussels (10 mins from Grand Place). It's thing was rice paper rolls. I just checked their menu again and there are vegetarian options. I would definitely recommend!
