i will be travelling straight from the airport to Bruges.. if i will to buy the train ticket on line for a certain time , if my arrival is delayed , i can still use the same ticket , right ? the ticket is Good for any time n day for the same journey ?

There are no seat reservations or advance discounts on Belgian domestic trains, so yes, your ticket should be valid for any train that day.

I believe there are two routings to Bruges, some direct trains, and very frequent service with a change in downtown Brussels. I haven't done this myself.
