We will be traveling to Brussels (1st time) in September 2016. We would arrive by Eurostar on a Friday and depart the city that Sunday. After extensive searching and reading trip adviser reports we have begun to zero in on The Augustin Hotel located at Avenue de Stalingrad 25-31, 1000 Bruxelles, Belgium.
I wanted to inquire if anyone has either stayed here or is familiar with this location? I was wondering about opinions of both the hotel and the area. Any information is greatly welcomed!

I have not stayed there. However, having visited recently, I'd say that the area is okay. It's a bit of a distance from any tourist sites. If you're okay with walking you should be fine.
