I will be in Brussels next week and have one free day (Tuesday) in which I would like to visit 1-2 breweries outside of Brussels and then finish at end of day dropped off in Charleroi where I am meeting the rest of my family. As I will have some luggage with me, I was hoping to find a guide/private driver but have not had any luck. Does anybody have suggestions for something like this? Thank you in advance!

Just a warning that pre-Covid it was common for Black Cars from Antwerp to BRU to be $200 and up.

I know nothing about Brussels, but I have to think there is a local company that can do that. Have you called the hotel to see if they have a company or a person they would recommend?
If you cannot find someone local, you could try Daytrip (https://mydaytrip.com/). I have used the company a few times for a ride from city to city in Germany with a stop or two along the way and found the company and its drivers to be professional and reliable.

Brussels has a lot of results when I search private driver - many companies (a lucrative biz considering all of the politics/events there I imagine) but I don’t personally have experience with any yet, so I can’t recommend one of them.
