Is anyone here familiar with Place Flagey? We booked an apt on VRBO based on prices and good reviews. We also thought it would be a good location to get to Bruxelles Midi station since we plan to take day trips to Gent and Brugges and we're arriving from London on Eurostar. Any thoughts/opinions appreciated!

It's one of the main nodal points in Ixelles to the south of the city centre. Fairly upmarket but it is busy so make sure you have good sound insulation. You'll be able to easily get to Midi there by tram alone or tram and Metro.
(NB: It's "Brugge" (Dutch, what locals call it) or "Bruges" (French), never "Brugges".)

Thank you, Philip, and I'm usually a stickler about spelling so only 1 G in Bruges. Got it!
