I am trying to fill out the locator form but am not able to receive a confirmation code. I have tried adding a + to my phone number. Putting that phone number in the box for the confirmation and using a different browser. No success. I am getting nervous because my trip starts on the 4-17-22 with tour starting on the 20th.

I had similar problem and realized country code needs to be in the first box by phone number.

Gail, did you ever get yours to "take"? Trying to get mine done today and it just keeps not taking my phone. I've entered +1 and my phone. I've entered +01 and the phone and finally in desperation did +001 and the phone and it does not take.
Jimmy, not sure I understand the box you are talking about? I have a box for a phone and the example underneath shows an actual phone # not just the country code.
I am trying to do this on the laptop so maybe I will try it on my phone. I am not entirely sure I need to do one since I will have been in France for 2 weeks before going to Belgium but trying to err on the side of being a good "guest".
**Editing to add: Just did it on my phone instead of my laptop and it submitted right away and I've got the QR code. I have to try and remember to do these things on my phone!

I did receive the code. I was making a small mistake but it was a mistake. I just needed to add the 1 after the + then my area code then my number. As soon as I did that it all worked. I would try the + or the 00 not both. It sure was frustrating.

I was filling out the form on my desktop and also got it to work with a +1 (no space) areacode and phone number. After I had it wrong the first time!
