OK, since no-one else is weighing in here - I haven't been to Maasmechelen Village, if that is what you mean, but I have been to Mettlach (Germany, near Saarbrücken, and a short drive to Luxembourg). It's mostly Villeroy and Boch, but there are some other shops with cookware, homewares, etc. What did you want to know?

There's also the shops in Zweibrucken, about 2 hours drive.
