Nato Headquarters Tour/Teenager with Foreign Relations Interests

I am traveling to Brussels/Netherlands this winter with my two teenage sons. Both are interested in political science, foreign relations and the like. They are interested in touring NATO headquarters. Is this possible? I would appreciate any other recommendations for similar tours and experiences. Thanks!

I'm pretty certain they don't offer regular public tours, except on certain rare occassions, but I could be wrong. The complex sits in a rather unattractive industrial area in the Brussels suburbs.

The EU Parliament in downtown Brussels offers tours to the public, however.
