Does May 21 mean anything in Belgium, I’m noticing that train routes out of Midi aren’t running that day. Is it a Strike? Track work? Or some kind of Holiday?

I don't see any relevant news alert from Rail Europe and also see Brussels-Brugge tickets for sale at www.belgianrail.be and international routes for sale at www.thalys.com.
