You'll want to google a listing of the Farmer's Markets.
There's a great epicerie just off Place du Sablon, Claire Fontaine I believe it is.
And you'll find Duvel at a great price at the humblest of corner mini-marts.
Markets tend to occur on Sundays in Belgium.
There's certain to be a Carrefour somewhere near your hotel. They usually have some pretty good meats and cheeses.
There's a very small Carrefour convenience store on rue du Buerre, which runs from the Grand Place to the Bourse. Nearest large supermarket is in the basement of the City II shopping mall, on rue Neuve.
Check google maps and do a virtual walking tour of the area. It's really cool, just plug in the address and you get a great view of the neighborhood!
