Laeken greenhouses-can we walk the grounds ?

I know these fabulous greenhouses are only open three weeks a year, and we will be in Brussels too soon to get inside them, but are people allowed to walk around the grounds and see these amazing buildings when they are not open? Thank you!

You can't walk the grounds as the greenhouses are located in the garden of the royal palace. It's only open to public 3-4 weeks a year.
