Any ideas for cozy, laid back, two night stays in the month of February? Anywhere in Europe. I loved being in Bruges in late winter, so a similar vibe would be optimal.

I have a problem with the month of the year. And I'd check climate online before proceeding. How about Evora, Portugal, or better, Granada, Spain? It will be busier even than Bruges, but how about Palma de Majorca? If you don't care about cold, how about Oxford, England? Or quieter, East Anglia.

Loved, loved, loved Sicily in late February! Different vibe but nevertheless, as awesome! We were in Bruges in late fall.

Try Zaragoza in Spain. We have just spent two days there. It is beautiful and we had superb sunny weather.
