We will be at Bastogne War museum on Beyond the band of brothers tour. My husband's uncle is buried in Ardennes American Cemetery in Nuepre, Belgium. 50 miles away. How do I hire a car to drive us there and back to meet the rest of the tour group?

I've been to this museum and it is excellent. Be sure to set aside 2-3 hours to see all of it.
To hire a car, you might want to contact the Bastogne Tourist Information Office to see who they recommend, see http://www.paysdebastogne.be/en/homepage
The museum offers bus tours, but these are to battlefield sites, and I don't think the Ardennes Cemetery is on the list. Still, you might also want to contact them about possible local drivers.
