I was going to reply to a topic the other day, but on looking at the SNCB website, both in English and French, I can no longer find any reference to the any-10-journeys Belgian rail ticket that used to be a particularly good deal for visitors, especially if travelling with other people. There still is reference to a 10-journey ticket, but it now seems to refer to ten journeys either way between exactly the same two stations, for regular travel. Does anyone know for sure if the no-restrictions ten journey ticket has been withdrawn?
Phillip, you can still get that 10-journey rail pass; we bought one just two weeks ago for our week in Belgium. You can find the info here:

I think you are confusing it with the other 10-journey card - which is used for travel between the same two specific stations:
