We are in Bruge for a few days and wanted to do a couple of day trips.
One of these days is Good Friday.
I have no idea what we will be doing there but just thought its Good Friday so will shops and museums etc be open? we were just going to go to the tourist bureau when we arrived to see whats to do in the area.
Does anyone know ?
On Good Friday in Belgium shops and restaurants are open, and trains and buses will run to a Sunday timetable. Public servants have the day off, but a lot of businesses will be available. Not sure about museums. Easter Monday is more of a problem, more will be closed. I would reach out to your accommodation provider to see what is open on the Monday - they are on the spot and will have a better idea.
