I will be traveling to Belgium with my 19 year-old daughter. We were both looking forward to Belgian waffles as a treat on the trip, however we recently found out she has Celiac Disease and cannot eat gluten (wheat, rye, barley). Is there ANY possibility of a gluten-free Belgian waffle??? I know that if there is, this travel forum will know!!
