We will be in Ghent in May. We are wondering if anyone has gone to the Ghent Chocolate Workshop. We would like a hands on workshop, not just history and grinding beans. The Ghent Chocolate Workshop has locations in Brugge and Brussels, but there are no reviews for the Ghent location. If not the Ghent Chocolate Workshop we are interested in other options. Thank you.

Belgians never make their own chocolates; they buy them in shops.
Only tourists take part in chocolate-making activities.
The strength of Belgian chocolates lies solely in the composition of raw product Belgian chocolate, which is unique in the world.
Tourists learn how to make chocolates, but cannot get hold of the real raw product Belgian chocolate in their own countries... what a disappointment!
