We've never taken an official chocolate tour, but the absolute best we found is Chocolaterie Van Hoorebeke.

i have not done this tour but I did got to Sophie's because it had been recommened by people i met traveling.

Agree with Matt - it has been my favourite - and my wife and I have done extensive testing throughout Belgium - for many years.
