Is there an adequate train and bus system in Bruges.? We prefer public transportation, whenever possible. We are taking the Oui Bus tomorrow and need to find our B and B on Kroonstadt Street... not sure of that spelling, but will check. Thanks for any help,

Brugge (local spelling) is small enough to get around the centre on foot.
I don't know where the Oui bus stops. The railway station is on the edge of the old city, and a 5-15 minute walk to all locations in the old town, depending which part of the old town.
You haven't told us the name of the hotel. Have you looked on the hotel website. Most hotel websites have a "how to get here" section.

The bus stop for Ouibus and other international services appears to be on the far side of the train station, according to Google Maps. You'll walk through the station to get to the city center on foot or to find the largest concentration of center-bound local buses. https://www.visitbruges.be/en/public-transport
